Wow, that was easy – migrating a blog from Blogger to WordPress.com

Wow, that was really easy.  I just migrated my content from my Blogger blog to my Wordpress.com blog.

The steps were:

• Export the content of my Blogger blog
• Log onto my WordPress.com blog
• Go to WordPress admin back end
• Go to Tools > Import and select Blogger
• Point to the file I had exported from Blogger
• Run Import

It only took a few seconds and all my posts were visible on my WordPress.com blog.

I have nothing against Blogger BTW, its just that I find myself using WordPress so much more for web sites I really want to concentrate my efforts in one platform rather than try to keep up with everything across multiple platforms.
